Established in 2015, Esperanza Carmel LLC, has a still growing portfolio of real estate investment and development properties in  Carmel-by-the-Sea and the surrounding area including residential, mixed-use, retail, restaurant and hotel assets.         

We currently have four active development projects, three mixed-use retail and residential developments in Carmel-by-the-Sea and Rocky Point restaurant project in Big Sur. We also just completed the refurbishment of the Gran Torino building on San Carlos. 

We have a small team with Patrice Pastor and Chris Mitchell managing the company in conjunction with a number of trusted consultants. In 2021 we opened a dedicated California office with three California based team members. 

The principal objective of our company is to be close to the ground, remaining intrinsically involved in each aspect our project, attentive to the community expectations while remaining respectful of Carmel’s unique history and environment.
