Established in 2015, Esperanza Carmel LLC, has a still growing portfolio of real estate investment and development properties in  Carmel-by-the-Sea and the surrounding area including residential, mixed-use, retail, restaurant and hotel assets.         

We currently have 3 active development projects, two mixed-use retail and residential developments in Carmel-by-the-Sea and the famous Rocky Point restaurant project in Big Sur.

We have a small team with Patrice Pastor and Chris Mitchell managing the company in conjunction with a number of trusted consultants. In 2021 we opened a dedicated California office with two California based team members. Ryan Aeschliman as Development Director, responsible for the companies development activities and Maria Chavez as Administrative Specialist responsible for the general management of the office in Carmel.

The principal objective of our company is to be close to the ground, remaining intrinsically involved in each aspect our project, attentive to the communities expectations and remaining respectful of Carmel’s unique history and environment.
