Originally constructed in 1951, located on Highway 1 between Carmel and Big Sur, Rocky Point enjoys one of the best views in the world. Esperanza Carmel are currently working on plans to redevelop the site with both Monterey County and the California Coastal Commission. We hope to be in a position to share our plans and present the development team’s vision for the property early next year.

We are pleased to confirm that, although the restaurant is not currently operational, the property remains open to the public to enjoy the trails and spectacular views.
