Hogs Breath Building, San Carlos Street, Carmel, CA
Bought at the same time as the Eastwood Building, the circa 6,300 square foot Hogs Breath Building is home to the famous Hogs Breath restaurant, also previously owned by Clint Eastwood. The building also has 3 commercial units on San Carlos and a 1 bedroom apartment above.

Located on Highway 1 between Carmel and Big Sur, Rocky Point enjoys one of the best views in the world. Esperanza Carmel are currently working on plans to redevelop the site. We hope to be in a position to present our plans early next year.
We are pleased to confirm that, although the restaurant is not currently operational, the property remains open to the public to enjoy the trails and spectacular views.
