L’Auberge Carmel Hotel, Monte Verde Street, Carmel, CA

Originally built in 1929, this historic property is home to a luxury, full-service Relais & Châteaux 20 room hotel, complete with Michelin star restaurant Aubergine.

Carmel Beach Hotel, San Antonio Avenue, Carmel, CA

Eastwood Building, San Carlos Street, Carmel, CA

Rumored to be the reason Clint Eastwood ran for Mayor in 1986, the Eastwood building was purchased by Esperanza Carmel in late 2020. The building, comprising of approximately 8,000 square feet, includes offices upstairs, commercial units on the ground floor and a parking garage.

Hogs Breath Building, San Carlos Street, Carmel, CA

Bought at the same time as the Eastwood Building, the circa 6,300 square foot Hogs Breath Building is home to the famous Hogs Breath restaurant, also previously owned by Clint Eastwood. The building also has 3 commercial units on San Carlos and a 1 bedroom apartment above.

Rocky Point, Hwy 1, Monterey CA

Located on Highway 1 between Carmel and Big Sur, Rocky Point enjoys one of the best views in the world. Esperanza Carmel are currently working on plans to redevelop the site. We hope to be in a position to present our plans early next year.

We are pleased to confirm that, although the restaurant is not currently operational, the property remains open to the public to enjoy the trails and spectacular views.

The property comprises of circa 8,000 square feet of accommodation across three separate buildings including Carmel’s famous institution ‘the Cottage’ restaurant, 2 retail units on Lincoln Avenue, a further commercial unit to the rear and 5 apartments.

The La Rambla Building is Esperanza Carmel’s latest acquisition. This 3,484 square foot (324 square meter) mixed-use building on has retail units, 2 apartments and a large private courtyard to the rear.
